Chocolate City Quilters Trunk Show
Members of Burlington's local quilt guild, The Chocolate City Quilters, will present a trunk show at Burlington Public Library, 166 E. Jefferson on Thursday, March 4 at 6:30 PM. They will show several of their quilts and briefly discuss the quilt patterns and construction techniques. Come with your questions and share your experiences with quilting, or come just to enjoy the beauty of these quilts.
The Chocolate City Quilters is a nonprofit organization open to novice and experienced quilters. Their purpose is to share their experiences, learn new techniques, present programs and foster an appreciation of quilts and quilt making. They participate in the Burlington Home Show and raffle a quilt every year as a fund raiser.

Poems, PJs and Popcorn

Help Burlington Library celebrate Poetry Month. Come in your pajamas and snack on popcorn while listening to community members and library staff read or recite their favorite children's poetry. Share your favorite as well. This is a family event open to all ages co-sponsored by Burlington Public Library and Burlington's local writing group, Authors Echo.
